CARLISLE – With his final term officially set to expire at month’s end, Rep. Stephen Bloom (R-Cumberland) today announced the permanent closure of his district office in Carlisle as of Wednesday, Nov. 27. The office is located at 1227 Ritner Highway, Carlisle.
